I dont like change. Very few people have ever done that. He makes everything sound so simple and its a talent of his. To be honest with you, if I could just literally come off the stage and I could get real close to you, and wed have like a one-on-one conversation, there are two questions that I would ask you. I can promise you that after 40 years of personal growth, the secret of any success, if Ive had any success at all, the secret of that success has been personal growth in my life. The first one is the assumption gap. Finally, after he had listened to me long enough, which was about 10 hours, he identified the real problem. That plan that I got in one setting is a living, breathing organism that makes sense. Everything is uphill thats worthwhile. I remember this. You see it every time I come into a leadership meeting, I give you a new tidbit that I have read to give us common language on what were going to do. Let me just read this real quick to. Curt Kampmeier said, John, youve cant just accidentally grow. Its a retreat that I have with myself. I want feedback. That began a growth journey that I havent seen in you in a long time. We often associate growth and progress with working on our relationships, our career, or our finances. I think you accomplished a year-long process of that in probably just about three days. What does that look like? Let our listeners hear from that, because I think each one of us have challenges like that in our life, and sometimes we dont know how to go about the process, but youve lived out and modeled this.
